VirtualMagic Inc. Forms Subsidiary in Philippines

VirtualMagic Animation Inc., North Hollywood, announced the formation of a subsidiary VirtualMagic ASIA, a digital animation company in the Philippines.

The venture is a collaboration between animation studios VirtualMagic and ImagineAsia Studio based in Manila.

“We can offer our clients the cost efficiencies of working in Asia, with experienced Western project management and we can provide the final compositing to be performed in our North Hollywood studio,” said VirtualMagic President Don Spielvogel.

ImagineAsia is owned by Asia Data Inc. of San Francisco.
