Soria School Site Report

I find it astounding and deeply troubling that construction of yet another school is being proposed near agricultural land. With all we have learned about the terrible health risks associated with pesticides, I don’t understand why anyone would want to make this same mistake again.
It would be all right if we were willing to address the deeper issue of banning these dangerous chemicals and beginning the transition to organic farming. They have done that in Israel and are seeing a decline in breast and prostate cancer. I certainly would support that 100%.
