Goalie Scott Garlick extended his team-record winning streak to six games and his regulation shutout streak to 354 minutes as the Tampa Bay Mutiny beat the Miami Fusion, 1-0, Saturday before 18,377 at Tampa.

The Mutiny has won six of their past seven, the lone loss last Saturday when Garlick sat out a 2-1 defeat at Miami because of back spasms.

Garlick preserved his third consecutive shutout by stopping Jay Heaps’ header from in close with 2 1/2 minutes to play.
