LAGUNA NIGUEL
Laguna Niguel City Council members will hold a workshop to discuss the proposed budget for the upcoming year.
City staff have assembled a plan for spending $29.4 million they expect the city to reap during the 1999-2000 fiscal year.
Discussion will begin at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at 27801 La Paz Road, Laguna Niguel.
