SAN CLEMENTE
The Parks and Recreation Commission will meet Tuesday to discuss a revised site plan for Forster Ranch Community Park.
The reworked plan includes two additional soccer fields for the $3.3-million, 22-acre park, scheduled to be opened by spring 2001.
