Feeding the Need to Refuel

Share

It’s the break in the day that, hungry or not, the whole school can rally around. No tardy slips, and, if you’re lucky, friends to hang with.

Then there’s the food.

At Aliso Niguel High, the grilled chicken sandwich is a lunch fave, and at Marina High, the new smoothies are a hit.

The worst? Although we won’t name the chefs, there’s some “greasy icky pizza” out there, and some turkey that’s “just nasty” is served on one Orange County campus.
