Kim Faces Martinez in 8-Round Main Event

Undefeated junior lightweight Dustin Kim of Honolulu will fight Carlos Martinez of Hollywood in the eight-round main event tonight at the Irvine Marriott.

Kim (10-0, seven knockouts) is coming off a split-decision victory over Victor Gomez in April at the Marriott. Martinez is 7-2 and has won his last four.

Middleweight Eddie Gutierrez (5-1) of Culver City will headline the five-fight undercard. He will face Tommy Hinde (3-2) of Los Angeles.

All ticket-holders to tonight’s card will receive two free tickets to a Rancho Cucamonga Quakes baseball game, a Lake Elsinore Storm baseball game and a Anaheim Bullfrogs roller hockey game. The undercard begins begins at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $25 and $35.
