* New York-based Golden Books said that it would develop books, stickers and tattoos based on the Pokemon video game characters under a licensing deal with Leisure Concepts, the agent for Nintendo of America. Terms weren’t disclosed. Pokemon already has inspired a TV show, trading cards and plush toys. . . . Virgin Atlantic Airways claimed the record for most visitors to an online giveaway. Its Internet site registered 18 million hits during a 10-hour ticket giveaway Friday. . . . Fox Sports World signed an exclusive sponsorship agreement making it the official network of the American Youth Soccer Organization. The deal includes its sister network, Fox Sports World Espanol.
