La Habra City School District trustees have accepted a $300,000 Cooperative Action to Reform and Educate grant from the state Office of Criminal Justice Planning. The grant--$100,000 a year for three years--will pay for student resource officers at middle schools, drug counseling and educational programs. Information: (562) 690-2305.
