Come out, come out, wherever you are. Casting directors for Radio City Entertainment’s live production of “The Wizard of Oz,” will hold auditions today in Irvine for Munchkin roles.

Candidates--who will be judged on their ability to sing and dance the chorus to “Ding, Dong! The Witch Is Dead” and such unique qualities as Munchkin-like voices--can be adults or boys and girls 7 to 14. All must be no taller than 4 feet 10.

Three selected Munchkins will appear in walk-on roles in performances of “The Wizard” at the Orange County Performing Arts Center. The first 100 entrants will receive a CD of the cast recording.
