The Mesa Consolidated Water District Board of Directors this week will receive a report on preparations for possible Y2K computer problems. Board members also will discuss whether they should look into the criminal histories of prospective employees. The board meets at 7 p.m. Thursday at its headquarters, 1965 Placentia Ave.
