Learning Systems to Merge With 2nd Provant Division

Learning Systems Sciences, North Hollywood, announced that it is merging with MOHR Retail Learning Systems.
The new company, MOHR Learning, will be headquartered in Ridgewood, N. J. MOHR chief executive officer Herb Cohen will continue as CEO of the merged company and Steven Pechter of LSS will become executive director and chief operating officer.
Both companies are divisions of Provant Inc., a nationwide provider of training and education services. The new company is expected to offer training programs targeted to the retail trade incorporating the multimedia-based courses of LSS with the interpersonal skills training programs of MOHR Retail.
