French Investor Group Acquires MobilePlanet

MobilePlanet Inc., Canoga Park, has been acquired by Pinault-Printemps-Redoute, a French electronic commerce investor group, for an undisclosed sum.

MobilePlanet distributes mobile phones, palm-sized personal computers and peripheral products in the United States.
