Delegates from Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Orange County will travel to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, on Thursday to host the third annual Stars and Stripes Fishing and Golf Tournament. The four-day event is expected to raise about $225,000 to help pay for the organization’s new Tustin building, a goal that officials say they expect to meet this year. Information: (714) 544-7773.
