SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
The City Council and Planning Commission will meet jointly tonight to consider revised plans for a small residential development. The proposal by Olson Co. calls for 26 single-family homes on about four acres at Rancho Viejo and Village roads. The Planning Commission has approved the project twice, but the City Council prefers fewer homes and more open space. The meeting is set for 5 p.m. in council chambers, 32400 Paseo Adelanto.
