* Expo Trade Show, sponsored by the Westlake Village Regional Chamber of Commerce, will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Hyatt Westlake Plaza. The free event includes exhibits by area businesses, music, food and a no-host bar.

* “Developing a Spending Plan That Works,” an educational seminar sponsored by the Consumer Credit Counseling Service, will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. June 28 at 750 W. Gonzales Road, Suite 110, Oxnard. The seminar includes information on how to plan for spending and saving money.
