Logix Acquires Assets of Gaming Industry Firm

Logix Development Corp. of Camarillo has acquired the assets of Gaming Systems International of Las Vegas.

GSI Chairman Roy Student said Logix will strengthen customer support and service.

“Logix brings state-of-the-art technology and decades of sophisticated systems-design experience and knowledge to the gaming and resort industry,” Student said.

Logix Chief Executive Officer Keith Howington said his company has made a major financial and technological commitment to the gaming industry and GSI.

Logix is a provider of satellite authorization services, data processing and software development and technology, along with financial transaction processing. It has clients in more than 70 countries.
