The Planning Commission on Monday approved a 232,000-square-foot office complex, but members vowed to resolve traffic issues of concern to nearby residents. The commission will set up a special meeting with the residents in the next few months to hash out the problems and come up with potential solutions, said Clint Sherrod, community development director.
The office complex will consist of two, four-story buildings and a large underground parking structure on the 10-acre site, bounded by Puerta Real, Via Grande and Interstate 5.
