Branford Investments Buys Sun Valley Industrial Park

Branford Investments LLC of Van Nuys has acquired Branford Industrial Park in Sun Valley for $3.5 million, according to Ross Thomas of Delphi Business Properties and Branford Investments LLC.

The 105,000-square-foot business park was purchased from Topa Financial of Century City, represented by Charles Dunn Co.

Thomas represented Branford Investments LLC, a partnership formed solely for this purchase. The buyers intend to make improvements to the facility and retain it as an investment.
