Procter & Gamble Co. agreed to buy the assets of Brothers Gourmet Coffees Inc. of Boca Raton, Fla., for $21.5 million in cash and $1.3 million in debt. Brothers filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in August. The purchase, expected to close in late April, includes portions of Brothers’ inventory and other considerations but not the Boca Raton headquarters or a plant in Houston.

Nike Inc., the world’s largest athletic-shoe maker, hired a Lockheed Martin Corp. unit to run its information technology systems and will move 180 employees to Lockheed by May. Nike did not disclose financial terms. It said Lockheed, the largest defense contractor, agreed to open a service center in the Portland, Ore., area, where Nike is based.
