* Re “Workers with Dark Pasts Find Sunny Days,” March 10: Your article on workers with past blemishes on their records having difficulty finding employment only highlights the fact that Americans are the most [well-documented] people on the planet. The article also points out the fact that it’s not hard to violate the law anymore. You can’t do or say anything in this country without offending someone or breaking a law. That coupled with this government’s willingness to disseminate personal information about you is creating a new generation of blacklisting.
