LAGUNA NIGUEL
The City Council will receive a status report on reuse plans for El Toro Marine Corps Air Station at the meeting tonight. Laguna Niguel is one of seven cities in the El Toro Reuse Planning Authority, a group opposed to plans to develop a commercial airport when the military retires the base.
