First American, Ohio Bar Title Close Deal
Santa Ana-based First American Financial Corp. said it has completed its acquisition of Ohio Bar Title Insurance Co. in Columbus. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Ohio Bar Title will continue to service Ohio, West Virginia, Indiana, Kentucky and Illinois. First American provides real estate-related financial and information services.
