* East Lincoln Avenue: An assault and battery in the 2100 block was reported at 6:48 a.m. Wednesday.
BREA
* West Imperial Highway: Report of a traffic accident, no injuries, in the 400 block at 7:50 a.m. Wednesday.
BUENA PARK
* Orangethorpe Avenue: A car stopped at a red light in the 8000 block was rear-ended by another car, whose driver then sped away. The hit-and-run was reported at 1:11 p.m. Tuesday.
COSTA MESA

CYPRESS
* Valley View Street: A grand theft in the 10200 block was reported at 11:35 a.m. Sunday. Fifteen pairs of loose-fit jeans worth $600 were stolen from Mervyns.

Avenida Las Palmas: A robbery alarm in the 27000 block was triggered at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.
FOUNTAIN VALLEY

FULLERTON
* Truslow Avenue at Pomona Avenue: Police received a complaint of a loud party at 2:16 a.m. Sunday. Police said that when they arrived, the partyers had dispersed.
GARDEN GROVE
* Amy Avenue: A fire, sparked by an electrical extension cord outlet, ripped through a single-family house in the 6300 block at 11:10 p.m. Saturday. No one was injured. The fire caused about $90,000 in damage.
HUNTINGTON BEACH
* La Salle Lane at Cornell Drive: A report at 8:04 a.m. Tuesday that two teens were sleeping in the park at night on a regular basis.
* Sims Street: Someone broke into a Drug Enforcement Agency agent’s car in the 16900 block and took his ballistic vest, cover and duty belt. The break-in was reported at 8:54 a.m. Tuesday.
IRVINE
* Briarwood: A pried screen allowed a burglar to steal $4,000 worth of jewelry from a residence in the 100 block. It was reported at 5:15 p.m. March 15.
LAGUNA BEACH
* Cliff Drive: Report of a stolen Cadillac emblem in the 200 block at 5:06 p.m. March 15.
LAGUNA HILLS
* Laguna Hills Mall: Four men, wearing masks and hoods, entered a jewelry store in the 24100 block and stole valuables, it was reported at 5:20 a.m. Friday.
LAGUNA NIGUEL
* Chandon: Report of a robbery alarm triggered in the 100 block at 6:41 p.m. March 15.
LA HABRA
* West La Habra Boulevard: Report of a residential burglary in the 2200 block at 1:48 p.m. Sunday.
LAKE FOREST
* Charwood Circle: A robbery alarm in the 22000 block was triggered at 6:19 p.m. Tuesday.
LA PALMA
* Houston Avenue: A person complained about a motor home parked on the street two nights in a row in violation of the city’s ordinance prohibiting street parking there between 2 and 4 a.m. Reported at 2:36 a.m. March 15. Police cited the vehicle’s owner.

* North Batavia Street at Lincoln Avenue: A resident reported about $50 worth of items were stolen from an auto at 8:15 a.m. Tuesday.

* Dover Way: A residential burglary was reported in the 600 block at 5:26 p.m. Tuesday; theft of jewelry, unknown value, reported.
* North Rose Drive: A forgery was reported in the 700 block at 9:47 a.m. March 15 after a false prescription was presented at a drug store.
* Orangethorpe Avenue: A 1997 Ford truck parked in the 700 block was reported stolen at 5:48 p.m. March 15.
SAN CLEMENTE
* Avenida Pico: A robbery alarm in the 700 block was triggered at 9:20 a.m. Tuesday.
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
* Smoketree Lane: A robbery alarm in the 26000 block was triggered at 7:29 p.m. Tuesday.
SANTA ANA
* South Rosewood Avenue: Police said a man was shot in the arm during a drive-by shooting in the 1300 block. Incident was reported at 2:05 a.m. March 14.
SEAL BEACH
* Pacific Coast Highway at Seal Beach Boulevard: A 28-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol at 1:43 a.m. March 14.
STANTON
* Starr Street: Report of a burglary with an audible alarm in the 8000 block at 1:21 p.m. March 16.
TUSTIN
* Wheeler Place: A damaged mailbox was reported in the 13500 block at 9:50 a.m. March 15.
