Universal Enviroclean Systems of Burbank has been bought by Americlean Inc. of Vancouver, Canada, for an undisclosed sum. Universal, a consultant and supplier to the dry cleaning and commercial laundry industry, had revenues of $1.3 million with a net profit of $196,000 in fiscal 1998.
