Dense-Pac President Gets CEO Title, Board Seat

Garden Grove-based Dense-Pac Microsystems Inc. said Tuesday it has given its president, Ted Bruce, the additional role of chief executive and a seat on the board of directors.

Bruce, a 15-year veteran in the semiconductor industry, joined Dense-Pac in January as president. He previously had been with Irvine-based Toshiba America Electronic Components. He succeeds Richard Dadamo, who became interim chief executive last August after Uri Levy, who resigned in a dispute with board members. Dadamo, who assumed the interim role with the understanding that he would relinquish it once a permanent chief executive had been found, remains on the board.
