French Yogurt Cheese?

Yes, French Yogurt Cheese--from Wisconsin. It’s not the sour Middle Eastern “yogurt cheese” made by draining the whey from yogurt; it’s a real cheese that happens to be made from low-fat yogurt, complete with the yogurt cultures. So it’s 99.9% cholesterol-free, and each 1-ounce serving contains only 75 calories and 4.5 grams of fat (about half as much fat as regular cheese). It has a creamy texture and a pleasant mild flavor, making it unusually tasty for a low-fat cheese.
