In a major reorganization, the British Tourist Authority is closing 17 of its 43 offices worldwide, including the one in Miami. The other U.S. offices are in New York, Los Angeles and Chicago. . . . Reno Air will discontinue service between Burbank airport and San Jose on April 18. The company said it plans to add flights from LAX to San Jose. . . . Regal Hotels International has a new hotel at Hong Kong’s Chek Lap Kok Airport, which opened last year.
