4 Die in 2nd Blast at Fireworks Plant

A fireworks factory where seven workers died in an explosion in December was hit by another blast and fire that killed four people. One man also was critically burned after an explosion at the Independence Professional Fireworks Co. in Osseo, Mich., police said. Investigators said they may never understand what caused the Dec. 11 blast.
