American National Financial Inc.: The Irvine real estate services company said net income for the first quarter reached a record $2.8 million, or 46 cents a share, more than double the $1.1 million, or 36 cents a share, reported a year ago. Revenue increased 34% to a record $24.4 million from $18.2 million.
