Jackson Opens Field Office Downtown
Assemblywoman Hannah-Beth Jackson (D-Santa Barbara) has opened a field office to serve her Ventura, Ojai and Santa Paula constituents.
The new office is at 701 E. Santa Clara St., Suite 25, in downtown Ventura. The office is staffed weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. by field representative Marc Wilde and executive secretary Louise Sherman. The phone number is 648-9943.
“Any time people are having any problems with any state agencies, we try to assist them,” Jackson said.
“If they have any questions on legislation, we can help them with that.”
Jackson, who spends most of her week in Sacramento and has her main district office in Santa Barbara, will frequently work out of the downtown Ventura office, she said.
On May 21, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., she will host an open house at her new office.
