The Community Task Force will hold its fifth annual town hall meeting, “Horizons 2000,” May 14 at the new Community Center. Panelist for the forum will include City Manager George Scarborough, Mayor John Greiner and Police Chief Rick Stahr. Topics will include changes to the city’s general plan, safety and traffic, historical preservation, changing demographics and bridging cultural gaps.
