* “How to Write a Business Plan,” the second in a series of four workshops by the Gold Coast Small Business Development Center, will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesday at 5700 Ralston St., Suite 310, Ventura. Topics will include critical elements of a plan, how to attract investors and additional sources of information for completing the plan.
