GARDEN GROVE

Winners in the 26th annual city-sponsored Garden Grove Pride program, which recognizes beautiful neighborhoods and homes, will be announced Monday. Several judges combed the city during the last month in search of the most beautiful houses; 17 will be recognized as homes of the year.
