* Re “70 Miles of Mayhem in 118 Minutes,” May 7: Eric Slater’s account of the mayhem in Oklahoma and Kansas was riveting! He brought the victims to life as I read. A newspaper piece has never moved me to tears until now. I couldn’t put the paper down until I reached the end of this wonderfully human and personal story.
