FULLERTON
Cal State Fullerton is scheduled to swear in a new chief of the campus police force today. The new chief, Judith D. King, is an 18-year police veteran who worked for three years as assistant director of public safety at Cal State Long Beach. Reporting to her will be 20 officers.
