U.S. Rep. Christopher Cox (R-Newport Beach) will be the guest speaker at a luncheon meeting of the Republican Club of Leisure World at 11:30 a.m. Friday at Clubhouse Five in Leisure World. His topic will be “High-Tech Trade with Chin--Do the Risks to U.S. Security Outweigh the Rewards of Free Trade?” Cox is the head of a House subcommittee on national security and military/commercial concerns with the People’s Republic of China.
