CorVel Authorizes 2-for-1 Stock Split

CorVel Corp. has authorized a 2-for-1 stock split June 14 to shareholders of record on May 31. Shares of the Irvine provider of medical cost-containment and managed-care services closed Tuesday at $40, off 56 cents.
