Westminster Memorial Park is hosting a Memorial Day ceremony Monday at 11 a.m. The program will feature keynote speaker Col. Stephen Mugg of the El Toro Marine base, Congressman Dana Rohrabacher and several City Council members. It also will feature music from the Pacifica High School Marching Band and the Celebration USA Children’s Choir, and will conclude with the release of 100 white doves.
