LAGUNA HILLS
The City Council, acting as the Planning Commission, on Tuesday agreed to allow 30 banners to be installed at the Laguna Hills Mall, but not before the mall owner does some maintenance work. Simon Property Group will get to put up the banners, but first must repave and re-stripe the mall parking lot. The work, scheduled to be done by September, has yet to be started. Councilman Randal Bressette asked that the work be completed before the banners are installed.
