From Times Wire Reports

The director of the Nashville distribution warehouse for Feed the Children quit amid an investigation into whether he and some of his employees stole donations to the charity. Steve Highfill resigned a day after charity president and founder Larry Jones appointed a longtime friend to replace Highfill while Tennessee authorities and his own staff investigate. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation started a probe after WTVF-TV aired video of what the station said was Highfill and about six other administrative employees taking home boxes of donated goods. State agents raided the employees’ homes. WTVF videotaped agents carrying out boxes and bags of brand-name clothing, shoes, videos, blankets, food and other goods they suspect were donated for poor people.
