FOUNTAIN VALLEY

The council set a public hearing to consider the city’s Agency for Community Development Five-Year Plan for 1999-2000 through 2003-04. The plan sets objectives for programs designed to eliminate blight or increase and improve the supply of low- and medium-income housing in the city.
