Nab Asset Loses Its Listing on Nasdaq

Nab Asset Corp.’s stock has been delisted for failing to meet Nasdaq’s minimum listing price of $1 for several weeks, the Mission Viejo company said Friday. Shares of the financial services firm last closed at $1 on July 1. The stock, which will trade over the counter, closed Friday at 63 cents a share, up 13 cents.
