* Zenith Electronics Corp. received a judge’s approval for a pre-negotiated Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization plan that makes the U.S. television manufacturer a wholly owned unit of South Korea’s LG Group and includes a new $150-million credit agreement. Glenview, Ill.-based Zenith had said earlier it would stop making television sets and instead would buy units from LG (formerly Goldstar Co.) and sell them under the Zenith brand name. The company has closed or sold all five of its U.S. and Mexican plants.
