ORANGE COUNTY BRIEFLY : Pacific Gulf Buys Industrial Building

Newport Beach-based Pacific Gulf Properties Inc. said Monday it acquired an industrial building in Las Vegas for $3.5 million.
The single-story, 80,000-square-foot building, which is fully occupied, is in the center of Valley View Industrial Park, a Pacific Gulf industrial project.
Pacific Gulf is a real estate investment trust.
