An open house will be held for Neil Hopkins, the longtime executive director of the Boys and Girls Club, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Cultural Arts Center, 7800 Katella Ave.
Hopkins and his wife are retiring to Fort Collins, Colo., where their son and two grandchildren live. Pam Schoonover, an 11-year veteran of the Boys and Girls Club, will replace Hopkins.
