Rainbow Teams Up for New Division

Rainbow Technologies Inc., Irvine-based provider of Internet security products, said Wednesday it has joined with three companies to form a new division to provide e-business security services. The new business, Spectria, will assist companies that are establishing business operations on the Internet.

The other three participants are InfoSec Labs, which provides security assessment and education services for the Internet; InfoCal, which was co-developed by Microsoft Corp. and develops learning programs, and Systematic Systems, a provider of e-commerce, business intelligence and wireless computing services.
