Home Builder Presley Cos. Reports $10.7-Million Profit

Presley Cos., the Newport Beach home builder, said third-quarter net income climbed to $10.7 million, or $1.03 a share, from $3.3 million, or 32 cents a share, the year-ago quarter. Sales declined 1% to $88.4 million.
