Old Republic to Lease Glendale Office

Old Republic Title Co., one of the largest title insurance companies in Los Angeles, signed a 10-year, $12-million lease to occupy the top two floors of a new nine-story, 200,000-square-foot office building at 450 N. Brand Blvd. in Glendale.

Old Republic is slated to move into the building after its scheduled completion date in February, according to Pat Crouch, director of sales for the title company, which has leased 25,000 square feet of office space at 101 E. Glenoaks Blvd. in Glendale for the last 10 years.

Taylor Ing of CB Richard Ellis represented Old Republic in lease negotiations. The landlord, developer Dorn-Platz & Co., was represented in-house by Greg Galletly.
