New Tech Exec for PeopleMover

* PeopleMover Inc., a Manhattan Beach-based staffing consultant firm, has named Kai Mildenberger as chief technology officer. He will be responsible for developing the company’s next-generation, Internet-based software and services. Mildenberger comes from Glovia International, where he worked on supply chain management matters.

* Lowe Enterprises Inc., a Los Angeles-based investment, management and development firm, has named Kerri O’Neill as senior vice president of its investment management subsidiary, Lowe Enterprises Investment Management Inc. She will oversee the unit’s portfolio administration process.

* First Amendment lawyer Gary Bostwick has joined the Los Angeles office of the law firm Davis Wright Tremaine as a partner. In addition to his courtroom work, Bostwick is an adjunct professor of law at Loyola School of Law. Bostwick has represented such clients as Jeffrey MacDonald, in his lawsuit against writer Joe McGinniss.
